What type of information I have.

The data I hold includes names, telephone numbers, email addresses and postal addresses.

Computer cookies are also used for website analytics.

How I get the information and why I have it.

This data is given by customers for the purpose of fulfilling their purchases from me. The data will also come from people signing up to the email newsletter. This data is kept solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders, or keeping in touch. It will never be offered to third parties beyond that which is necessary to fulfil customer orders.

Cookie data is used for the purpose of ensuring certain website features function correctly and for tracking website usage, though tracking data is anonymised.

What I do with the information.

Information collected during the purchase procedure is used for the purpose of fulfilling transactions. Currently this data will be handled by my print supplier One Vision Imaging (OVI). Any data collected through my website will only be used in relation to fulfilling print orders or handling enquiries.

Emails used to sign up for the takeagander email newsletter will be used exclusively for this purpose and will be deleted once the user unsubscribes.

How I store your information.

The data required to fulfil print orders is not stored by me, but may be stored by the third- party print vendor OVI who will have their own data control policies in place. Customers may refer to One-Vision’s privacy policy for further information.

Email subscriptions to the newsletter are processed by my website host’s system (currently PhotoDeck) whose Privacy Policy is published here. Any data I collect in the course of conducting business will be stored off-line and will only be used in the course of fulfilling my services to you.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases I rely on for processing this information are:

(a) Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting tim@timgander.co.uk

(b) I have a legitimate interest.

If you have a complaint about how I have used your data, please contact me directly in the first instance via email: tim@timgander.co.uk and I will do my best to resolve the issue. If you are still unhappy after allowing me an opportunity to resolve your concerns, you can also complain to the ICO.
